1. Worms, the kitchen, the first service.

   Born in 1982 in Worms, Rhineland-Palatinate. Trained as a chef — the classic entry into German hospitality. Top restaurants, long days at the pass, the craft of precise preparation. This is where the reflexes are forged that will later prove useful in any private household: mise en place, a sense of timing, the instinct for what is needed next, before anyone says it.

   The move into butlering comes not through career planning but through flexibility. A service mentality that wants more than carrying plates. The willingness to put one's skills to use beyond the kitchen as well — at the table, in the house, at a client's side.

2. One world, fifty-one countries.

   Advanced training at the British Butler Institute in London — the foremost address for private service in the English-speaking world. Then: clients in more than fifty countries. Stations in New York, London, on Ibiza, in St. Moritz, in the Caribbean, in the Middle East. Houses, yachts, private jets — the entire infrastructure of the UHNW lifestyle.

   The clientele: billionaires, high nobility, celebrities from sport, fashion, management, VIPs. Among other roles, Daniel Rudolf worked on the private island of Dietrich Mateschitz — one of the defining experiences of these years.

   It is in these years that what he now calls »modern butlering« takes shape: not the stereotype of the stiff Englishman in tailcoat and gloves, but a flexible, discreetly operating service professional, equally at home in front of a yacht crew as at the gate of a villa in Palmanova.

3. A brand world of his own.

   In 2019, Daniel Rudolf founds Xclusive Mallorca — a concierge and estate-management company for high-net-worth clients on the island. Two decades of experience become an operating system of their own.

   The Xclusive Butler School follows — application-only training for the next generation: butlers, estate managers, crews for yachts and private jets. Modules on Carriage & Presence, Silver Service, Estate Management, Valeting. Alongside it, EXJOPO, his own job portal for private-service staff worldwide.

   In 2026, his first book is published by Heyne: »Sonst noch Wünsche?« — the first authentic insider account by a modern butler, drawn from twenty years at the side of the super-rich.
