    Daniel Rudolf, born in Worms in 1982, has spent more than twenty years tending to the daily — and often capricious — needs of the ultra-wealthy. A trained chef, he began his career in top restaurants before flexibility and a service mindset drew him into the world of billionaires, aristocracy and the famous.

After advanced training at the renowned British Butler Institute in London, he worked in more than fifty countries — in New York, London, on Ibiza, in St. Moritz, across the Caribbean and the Middle East. The homes, yachts and private jets of the global elite were his everyday workplace.

In 2019 Daniel Rudolf founded Xclusive Mallorca, a concierge and estate-management firm for high-net-worth clients. The Xclusive Butler School followed — an application-only training for the next generation — alongside EXJOPO, his own job portal for private-service staff.

His first book, “Sonst noch Wünsche? — Das geheime Leben der Crazy Rich. Ein Butler erzählt.”, is published by Heyne (Penguin Random House) on 11 November 2026. Daniel Rudolf now lives in Mallorca and is regarded as one of the few authentic voices from the engine room of modern luxury.
